Questions?

Do I need to be fit or flexible to join in class?
No. All of our students have various physical capabilities, you can take-part at a pace you are comfortable with.

Can I train with my children?
Yes. We positively encourage family participation as it helps towards motivation and achievement.

Are there classes for adults only?
Yes. We have different classes available and can adapt them where required.

How are classes taught?
Generally classes are held in small groups where our qualified instructors will demonstrate techniques, as well as assisting students on a one-to-one basis.

What do I wear for my trial lesson?
Something loose-fitting, such a t-shirt and jogging bottoms. Trainers or soft shoes are also recommended.

My child has ADHD/learning difficulties/autism, will they be able to join in class?
Yes. Our activities and instructors can cater for many people facing difficulties and we have proven results in helping to deal with individuals' challenges. Come and talk to us.

Do you offer private one to one tuition?
Yes. We can tailor our techniques to your own individual requirements.

If you are unsure about anything or have more questions, please get in touch and we will help to answer any queries you may have.
